All rules and policies of The Nassau House are subject to change without notification. Smoking in the rooms is not permitted, however, there are smoking areas provided. Smoking in the rooms is cause for immediate eviction, plus a $100.00 cleaning fee if warranted. All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25.00 charge for each third and 4th person occupying rooms that will accommodate additional guests. All rates are subject to change & availability. Weekend surcharge, minimum/maximum length of stay may apply.
A one night deposit including tax is required to either American Express, Visa, MasterCard at the time a reservation is made. You agree to the following cancellation policy: To receive a refund less a $25.00 processing fee you agree to cancel all reservations 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation and shortening of stays within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeit of a one night deposit including tax. In the evet of early departure there is no refund for unused nights. Special Events and Holidays may require higher deposit amounts and are subject to 30, 60 or 90 day cancellation notice, and may be subject to higher cancellation fees.
With the exception of physical or medical conditions, pets are not accepted at The Nassau House.
Children are welcome at The Nassau House over the age of 10 years. However, we do reserve the right during Special Events or Holidays to determine if it is appropriate for children to stay with us. The Nassau House is primarily an adult Inn.
Amenities may change without prior notification.
Continental breakfast is served Monday-Sunday from 9:00am-11:00am. Social hour is served Monday-Sunday from 4:00pm-5:00pm November-March, and 5:00pm-6:00pm April-October.
You agree to be personally responsible in the courts of Key West, Florida for any damage incurred by your or any member of your party during your stay. You or any member of your party shall not hold The Nassau House or any employee of The Nassau House, or affiliates of The Nassau House responsible for theft, lost articles or injury occurring on the premises. You agree to be responsible for additional charges incurred during your stay and for any early departure or late check out fees.
You agree to not disturb any other guest, which is cause for immediate eviction.
Blenders, cooking appliances of any kind are not permitted without prior notice to The Nassau House.

Specials are discounted from rack rates and do not apply to Special Events or Holidays. No special offers may be combined. Travel Agents may not book specials and receive a commission. Existing reservations may not be discounted to recently added monthly/weekly specials. Monthly/weekly specials apply to new reservations only.
The Nassau House, or any employee of The Nassau House or Ponder This Inc. is not responsible for cancellation of events due to weather or Acts of God. The Nassau House or any employee is not responsible for weather conditions that warrant cancellations which result in refund of deposits.
